The web-based Reporting application delivers sophisticated yet easy to understand reporting information on employee understanding and confidence, drawing conclusions about risk and learning standards.
The reports, which are available immediately online, allow detailed analysis of individual employee results, performance by region and job-type, the performance of the entire organisation, details of candidates at risk and usage reports.
Importantly, the application can also be set up to provide the user with bespoke reports, highlighting particular issues of interest.
Reporting can be accessed through MilestoneTM 2006 or as a stand-alone application.
