The Milestone web-based application sits at the centre of Cognisco’s range of assessment and learning products, enabling organisations to present content-rich assessments & learning across the web, store responses securely and manages user access.
To the end-user, Milestone offers a simple-to-use interface, with a wide range of question types and the option to immediately gain feedback and links to further training needs.
From the user-organisations perspective, Milestone enables quick and simple delivery of sophisticated assessments & learning materials without the need for software installation at workstations.
Every individual user of Milestone is required to log-on with a unique user name and password to enable the system to provide the users with the correct assessments & learning materials, permissions and language.
The system can be set up to enable users to decide on the order in which they take assessments or learning materials, alternatively, this can be pre-determined by the commissioning organisation.
Other options are available to client organisations such as the ongoing display of candidate progress messages and scores to the end-user, with options to undertake further appropriate online training, display a failed message or remedial action plan and forward results by email to the candidate’s manager.
Multiple assessments can be delivered at the same time and the same assessment can be completed globally in appropriate native languages.
