The 8 Steps to Growing a Cognisco is a unique experiential training programme offering clients, partners and Associates an opportunity to expand their understanding of how to develop and author an assessment while giving a theoretical background to authoring assessments and questionnaires to more practical solutions on enhancing assessment questions.
The 8 Steps to Growing a Cognisco training programme takes candidates through the lifecycle of a Cognisco assessment and the journey in developing an assessment solution tailored to the client’s requirements. This 2 day programme will enhance the skills of the most experienced author and will foster an interest in crafting questions from a new perspective. The programme also includes training on Cognisco Question Composer and guides users on best practice solutions for a customised assessment.
