The Cognisco approach to Job Analysis will determine which tasks each employee is required to complete and the standards to which the employee has to complete them. Cognisco will provide the organisation with three important tools:
Job breakdowns - Helps plan training, identify which tasks are needed or are exempt and to identify areas to be added or subtracted in order to improve productivity and efficiency
Task lists - A breakdown of employee duties tailored to the individuals
Performance Indicators - An identified set of standards, which indicate the satisfaction level for each completed task
