Associate Authors play a key role in the development of intelligent assessment and learning solutions for Cognisco's portfolio of major global clients.
Our Associate Authors utilise their facilitation, excogitation, explorative and interviewing skills to extract key information on subject areas Cognisco's clients' wish to assess. The Associate Author then uses this information, and their authoring skills, not only to identify and craft client specific Knowledge Goals for assessment questions, but to develop competency frame-works and other learning and development support tools for Cognisco's clients.
By working with our proprietary assessment development tools and our experienced creative team, Associate Authors can harness leading edge technology and play an integral role in delivering interactive and engaging assessment and learning solutions to Cognisco's portfolio of industry innovators and global brand clients.
We are always keen to hear from professionals experienced in Assessment Authoring, E-Learning Storyboarding, Face-to-Face Training and general Assessment Solution Consulting.
